Mr. Guinta has nearly 30 years of experience in construction and construction management. He has worked extensively with the NJ Turnpike Authority and has an intricate working knowledge of the needs and current procedures of the agency. He has held key responsibility and served in various capacities in numerous construction management positions. Over the span of his career, he has mastered skills in various areas, such as: ITS, Electrical, Fiber and MPT procedures; conduit trenching and backfill, foundation construction, structural / substructural repair, surveying structural grades and roadway alignments. Mr. Guinta has served in management roles, reviewed shop drawings, written procedures, performed certifications, and reviewed various types of concrete mixed designs. He has been involved with numerous highway and transit projects throughout the State of New Jersey, for agencies such as: NJ Turnpike Authority, Garden State Parkway and NJDOT/NYSDOT. He has performed inspection for bridge deck replacement repair, reconstruction, as well as bridge drainage for the New Jersey Garden State Parkway. His inspection duties have often included, but were not limited to: inspection of the scarification of bridge deck slabs, replacement of deck panels, concrete spall repairs; sidewalk, parapet, curb repairs, resurfacing and survey of structural grades and roadway alignments. Mr. Guinta’s certifications include: NICET (Level IV), SAT (NJ Asphalt Technologist, ACI (Concrete Field Technician), TCC (Traffic Coordinator Controller), and OSHA. |
